Hope the Holiday Season has been good to everyone.  We had a great December Meeting/Christmas Party.  Lots of good food, good conversation, gift exchange, raffle and auction.  It set a good lead into the rest of what has been a busy holiday season for me.  Christmas day is upon us and we will be having another meeting very soon.

Thanks to everyone who has helped with our club activities.  Special thanks go out to Fran and Ben who manage the monthly coop feed order.  Thanks to June for taking over the treasurers position.  Thanks to Joan who handled it last year (and for the ham at this years Christmas party).  Thanks to Mila for being Secretary last year.  Thanks to all the Board Members for their efforts this last year and to everyone who helped.

It is good to be able to return to our regular meeting place as provided by the United Way.  We made a contribution to the United Way as way of thanks.  It was within the limits of our treasury, and definitely did not meet the value of the facility afforded us.  Remember the United Way in your personal contributions.  They do much for the community.

Hope to see everyone at the first meeting next year, January 9 at the United Way Building.
